Lance Schmidt, Business Intermediary, Former CPA, and

Mr. Schmidt has
served as a Business Intermediary since 1988 and as a result has
evaluated thousands of businesses and has been involved in the sale
of over one hundred companies in his tenure. He has also provided
expert testimony in both court and arbitration cases and assisted
many attorneys and organizations, including the County of Orange, in
both valuing and selling companies.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in
Accounting from California State University in Fullerton, graduating
with Honors in 1984. Upon graduation, American Stores employed him
as an Internal Auditor. In 1987 he accepted an audit position with
the firm of Cooper & Lybrand International in Newport Beach,
California where he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1988. He
subsequently joined National Business Brokers, Inc. (founded by his
father in 1978 and which gave birth to Spectrum Corporate
Resources). He assisted his father with the management affairs of
the company and provided services as a business intermediary. To
date the company has marketed and sold over 2,500 businesses,
including nearly 400 automobile dealerships, making it the #1 firm
in the nation in that specialty. |

Mr. Schmidt is also the President of
National Business Appraisers Inc., which was founded in 1983. His
hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, management, mergers and
acquisitions, and appraisals provides him with unique credentials
and ability as an Appraiser, Expert Witness and Business
Intermediary.
