Mr. Armand has a strong and diverse background in the business world. He works as a Business Consultant, and is an experienced Machinery & Equipment Appraiser. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Irvine's Merage School of Business.

Mr. Armand is an Instructor with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and an active member of the M&A Source and the Newport Chamber of Commerce.
