Laura Santiago, BS, BA, Spectrum Acquisitions, Inc.

Laura Santiago joined Spectrum Acquisitions, Inc. in 2002 to directly assist Kevin Sutherland. She has led and managed a number of buy-side engagements while working closely with each client. In addition to buy-side work, she has undertaken several sell-side projects to research, identify and contact strategic buyers directly on behalf of clients.

Laura is responsible for the research and creation of Blind Profiles and Offering Memorandums, database management, and performs company research for both buy-side acquisition target searches and targeted strategic buyer searches during sell-side engagements.

Laura has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Bachelor of Science degree, both from the University of California, Irvine. Laura also holds a Broker's license from the California Department of Real Estate as well as a Series 7 (General Securities) and a Series 66 (Uniform Combined Securities Agent/Investment Advisor) license from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
